Villa Tokka is a high-quality semi-detached cottage completed in August 2023, located in a quiet location, right near the services of Ylläs. The ski trail is a few hundred meters away, and the slopes, hiking and snowmobile trails are less than a kilometer away. The excellent location of Villa Tokka offers the opportunity to enjoy the nature of Lapland and the activities of Ylläs effortlessly.

The cottage is high-quality equipped for 8 people. Downstairs there are two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with separate beds. In addition, there are four beds on the loft. The cottage has a travel bed and high chair for the smallest holidaymaker if needed. One of the bedrooms has a desk for remote workers, and the fiber network provides a good internet connection for work. The sauna with a wood-burning stove ensures a gentle steam, and the drying cabinet in the sauna’s dressing room is good for drying clothes after activities. On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy the nature of Lapland and watch the reindeer and Siberian jays moving in the yard. The terrace is largely covered. There is a carport at the entrance.
